Display annual salary in People Management Template

Hello 
Is there a way to display the annual salary using the Forms Configurator templates?  

The HR administrators are getting confused as we enter 3 variations of rates; hourly, bi-weekly and annual.  Salary basis is not helpful as it simply states Hourly or Salary.  We have had someone enter an annual salary when it should be biweekly, it was caught in the audit but wanted to know if we could display annual salary on the form.
