Using Rapid Install throws error: "ORA-01017: invalid username/password"

Hi Community Members!

I'm looking for assistance with a Rapid Install error with EBS 12.1.1 in the IBM AIX 6.1 platform:

Installation works fine, but at the end of installation it tries to run AutoConfig which fails with "ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied".

The correct password  is provided during installation and this happens every time a fresh installation of 12.1.1 is performed.

So I'd like to ask for your help with the following inquiries:

1) Where does the installer keeps apps password during installation? We could not find  it in the configuration file (conf_$ORACLE_SID.txt)

2) Why it is always taking an incorrect password though we provide the correct one?
