Justification for personal OIE credit card expenses

Has anyone implemented or know of an solution to require justification for personal expenses on corporate credit card charges in OIE?  We have a company pay credit card, but it is often used for personal expenses.  Management would like to require justification for personal expenses charged to the corporate credit card, but this is not standard functionality.  I was wondering if anyone has a solution for this?
