Errors in FSG Report Output

We are running 11..5.10.  we have many FSG reports which users currently publish via the Client ADI application.  We are trying to convert over to using Report Manager to run and publish these reports.  We have noticed 2 problems with the published output in Excel when using Report Manager versus when using Client ADI to publish:

1. Publishing ot Excel under Report Manager - the spreadsheets start in Column C, rather than in column A.  This is an issue because these spreadsheets are used as a basis for other reports which read from them using lookups.  The lookups are coded to specific columns, as designated by row & column indicators.  Now the column indicators are different.
