Physical Inventory

Our company is in a regulated industry. We have a FERC requirement to ensure "blind" counts during our annual physical inventory. We would like to know how other companies with similar requirements prevent or restrict employees from accessing Inventory on hand quantity reports or forms during their physical inventory. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
