Sales taxes were calculated to all customers, for one day, then World system back to normal

Dear All,

It was a puzzled to us at our company.!

From Tuesday night, we ran our end-of day invoice and sales update.

The orders were taxed, even with all our customers who have tax exempt certificates.

We create some new orders, run the on-line invoice P42230, it also indicate taxed.

But, when we run same customer same amount on Vertex 4.3 Tax Call//Return Test,

result are good, meaing since customer has tax exempt certificate, no tax calcualted.

Then by Wed afternoon, everything back to normal.  No tax was calculated for

customers that have tax exempt certificate.

We asked, and we were told NO ONE has changed any settings in JDE A9.3 or Vertex.
