Slow Interface Trip Stop Performance

Hi,
Does anyone here experienced slow interface trip stop in Order Management? Even if SO line/s is 1 or 2 only, interface trip stop will still be completed after 2 hours.
What could be the possible reason and solution for this? I already checked Metalink documents but cannot find appropriate solution.
Any feedback  will be appreciated. Thanks!
