Upgrade issues from siebel 8.1.1.7 to siebel 8.1.1.10

Hi all,

We have an old DB with only ENU which was created by Siebel 8.1.1.7 DB utility, and no any customization, Keeping siebel 8.1.1.7 Vanilla.

Now we've build another siebel 8.1.1.10 environment with all languages, is it possible for us to use DB configuration Utility 8.1.1.10 to perform upgrade directly?

Since old DB is only ENU, but new server was build as all languages, are there going to be any conflicts? How can we avoid?

And also I didn't see siebel 8.1.1.7 or siebel 8.1.version in the list of current siebel version, but latest one is siebel 8.0. Is it correct?
