deploy custom IO to local development environment

Hi,

During a workflow simulation I get the following error message:

Error invoking service 'PRM ANI Utility Service', method 'CreateEmptyPropSet' at step 'Create empty propset'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
--
Could not find '<?>' named '<?>'. This object is inactive or nonexistent.(SBL-DAT-00144)

As an input I used a newly created custom Integration Object. I googled it and found it can be the problem that this IO is not on the run time database. So I did the followings:

- Deployed to run time database: query on OBLE for the IO, right click on it, then Deploy to run time database

- Clear cache on dedicated client: Open dedicated client go to Sitemap/Administration - Webservices/Inbound  Webservices, click Clear cache button
