Advantages/Disadvantages of Match to PO and Match to Receipt

Hi,

We are doing an implementation and need to recommend client regarding Matching Option(match to PO or Match to receipt). Kindly provide some pointers on Pros and Cons of Doing Match to PO and Match to Receipt. What are the challenges/ business user constraints we
normally face

Matching Option: comes from supplier site level / Payables System Setup level and while creating PO in the shipment one can override the matching option.
