I Encountered this Error: ORA-00600 T___T HELP ME!!!

Hi guys!
The situation happens when I already started my oracle database (this is 11g) ..then I accidentally unplug my System Unit [yeah, I'm a bad kid... really.]
Anyways, this is what my terminal displays:

SQL> startup
