'Create Appraisals' not visible

Hi,

While creating a Perofrmance Mgt Plan (PMP), on the page 'Create Plan: Process', i cannot view the region for 'Create Appraisals'. i have checked on the Personalise page, it is present, it says Yes (Shown) for 'Message Choice: Create Appraisals'. But when I go further, I first of all do not see a 'render' button against it, nor do I see it on the PMP create process page.

Anyone experienced this before, and knows a way around it?
