Issue of no:of lines in Page

Hi All

 We are using no of lines per page feature in MS Word rtf file for R12.1.3 EBS Bi Publisher report for Commercial Invoice.

Intially we are using 20 lines per page and it had issues for few outputs where 1 section data (G_SCHEDULE_B_NUMBER) is not displayed at all after reducing no of lines per page to 18 it worked for problematic delivery.

Again for few deliveries issue like 1 section data (G_SCHEDULE_B_NUMBER)  is not displayed. if i reduce to no of lines per page to 17 it will work but this may not be good fix as in future we might have issues with other delivery is there anyway we can fix this issue giving setup done in template
