Java could not be located. OPatch cannot proceed!

 Hello everyone,
I faced with a small problem. I tried to find out what quick fix is already installed on Siebel Server, but wher I ran in cmd line 
C:\Siebel\8.1\Tools_1\OPatch>opatch lsinventory
File Not Found
Java could not be located. OPatch cannot proceed!

OPatch succeeded.

I've tried to set JAVA_HOME explicity but it doesn't help me out.
Is anybody faced with the same issue?
