Type mismatch

   Hi Folks,

     recently, I migrated my Oracle Database version from 11.2.0.1.0 to 11.2.0.3.0 and I configure at the same way like nls_languange . In one of the application, there is an error like below:

Type mismatch for field 'OBSERVACOES', expecting: MEMO   actual: WIDESTRING

      Is there any task to follow?
