Launching Mobile theme on Web Client Fails.

I have loaded 8.1.1.10 on my Windows 7 machine.

When launching the Web client I can use Open UI successfully in Chrome.

EnableOpenUI = TRUE

When I put the switch in to use the mobile interface , the Siebel.exe will crash before chrome gets started up.

MobileApplication = TRUE

SupportedMobileBrowser = iPad,iPhone,iPod,Android,WebOS,Windows

I am launching the Consumer Sector.

Chrome just says

No data received

Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.

Here are some suggestions:

I bumped up the Log on my environment variable and got this:

This is the last few hundred rows of the log file.  it is 20MB
