MWA - Exclude functions

Hi ,
 For a mobile applications responsibility , I am trying to exclude a function which is a Mobile Applications type . But the menu exclusion does not seem to be working.
Can anyone please suggest the solution for doing a menu exclusion on a mobile applications responsibility.
