multi-platform install with multiple WebLogic domains

Another group specced out this Planning environment and I'm trying to make it work but I feel like I'm missing something.
One Solaris box has Planning, EAS, and Provider Services. A second Solaris box has Essbase, Studio Server, and OHS. A Windows Server box has Foundation Services, EPMA, and the rest.

The Essbase Solaris box does not have any components that require deployment to a WebLogic domain but the Planning Solaris box does, as does the Windows machine. Because they're different platforms, they both create their own WebLogic domain.

Everything has been installed and configured except OHS, which fails. The logs say it can't find httpd.conf but every mention I've found of this error has been related to not enough disk space and I have plenty. Permissions are also not an issue either.
