AI interface error from service contract - Please correct revenue account

Hi All,

We have a service contract transaction stuck at AI interface with  the error - Please correct the revenue account.

We happen to check the transaction id's & types at interfaces but the transaction type at service contract level is 'Inovice' and when it comes to interface it is 'Credit'.

Please help us to correct this.
