Buyer Field on PO / BPA / CPA in BWC Cannot Change from Buyer Creating the Document

Hello,
In the Buyer field of the PO / BPA/ CPA we are unable to change the Buyer name. Is there a profile option that will allow them to change the name to another Buyer aside from doing a Reassign?
