Prepayments entered that include tax is not being accounted. see error message below. Please advise on how to resolved this problem.

An account cannot be created because none of the conditions for the account derivation rule Prepay Invoice Distribution Account owned by Oracle are met.  Please update the conditions for Prepay Invoice Distribution Account or assign a different account derivation rule to application accounting definition  owned by Oracle.

Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule Prepay Invoice Distribution Account owned by Oracle. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the source values passed for the transaction.
