Where is tne Debrief Number on the Debrief HTML in R12?

We are upgrading from 11i to R12.1.3. We are currently using the Debrief form in 11i and want to start using the HTML Debrief in R12 because the Debrief form is getting desupported. We are having a lot of issues with the HTML:

1) It takes a long time for the HTML to come up

2) It takes longer time when populating flexfields and other data that has LOV on the HTML than on the form

3) Overall the HTML is not as user friendly; you need to scroll down and click Add Record to be able to enter Material and Expense, then scroll up or down to Apply/Save the records
