No Exchaneg Rate Exception

In R12 when I am running Unaccounted Invoice report I am getting a few Unaccounted Payments with the exception saying 'No Exchange Rate'. I dont understand this as these payments are for CAD invoices and paid in CAD. Also, the exchange rates are there in the system.

What should I do??
