Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. DB Connection Time Test

Oracle 11gR2 on Windows 2008 Server

We are experiencing a DB connection issue where it occasionally takes 2 - 10 secs to establish a connection to the DB via SqlPlus.

Is there a way to test the connection speed every minute for 24 hours ?
