Weblogic Tibco Connectivity

Hi ,

I have a Tibco Server which is producing messages . Along with that i have a Weblogic Server MDBs. I want to know how can i connect to Weblogic MDB to Tibco .
Assuming Weblogic will consume messages . I have a one user in Tibco which produces messages and what configuration should be done on Weblogic side
so that other user on weblogic side can consume those messages .
