Recreate Grants And Synonyms error after patch 4206794

Apps 15.1.0

One of the post install step for patch 4206794  (FRM.H) is to Recreate Grants And Synonyms

They get the error

"ORA-20000: ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing
object:create_grants_and_synonyms(1,ONT,APPLSYS,APPS):
create_base_gs(ONT,APPS): In Synonyms
