RUEI-Flexcube

hello experts,
I have a case installing RUEI for Oracle's Flexcube environment. I have the following questions:

 (1). Do we have any installed reference or best practices regarding the network topology? That is where the RUEI collector(s) should be physically placed?

 (2). From Real User Experience Insight User's Guide I read the following:
        "Copy the create_FCUD_info.sh and/or create_FCDB_info.sh scripts to the home directory of the Oracle FCUB (Flexcube Universal Banking) and FCDB servers (Flexcube Direct Banking) ."
        and from the same document, I see that there is a known limitation that
        "Currently, the create_FCDB_info.sh
