Migration EBS R12 database 11.2.0.3 to Exadata data 11.2.0.3

Dear Expert,

I am going to migrate Oracle EBS R12 Database to exadata , EBS database and exadata database version are same, 11.2.0.3.

I am having very experience of Database migration but on Core only, How to migrate EBS database is my first migration to exadata.

I am using oftenly rman for migration, so can I use rman here to migrate from EBS to exadata. 

What I am thinking, Can I do the steps for EBS
1) take a full rman backup
2) copy the rman backup from production to exadata machine.
3) restore the database on exadata.
4) add the database in RAC environment.

I read many notes particularly for EBS to exadata, but I am still not clear , how easy I can migrate the database.
