Patches i might require for R12.1.1

hi,

i was facing some issues in the application for instance when i create preventive maintenance schedule i get this error please refer to attachment. But the patch is for R12.1.3 and later.Will this patch work on R12.1.1 thats my question to you?

secondly when i create activity from activity workbench error pops up please refer to attachment.

can you kindly confirm me if these patches will work on R12.1.1?
