Hi All,Can we Upgrade Oracle EBS 12.1.1 Vision instance to 12.1.3?
How much efforts required?
How much Time required?

I have upgraded PROD (Fresh 12.1.1) to 12.1.3 , but never tried "VISION" Instance.
