Inter Organization Transfer ( Option --> In Transit)

Hi,

Product is R12.1.3. 

Following is issue:

1) Inter Organization Transfer created 'Material Transactions' in sending Organization.

2) Similarly , after it is received in the Destinations Organization, Material Transactions are created there as well.

3) It is observed that these 'Transactions are pending' and available / displayed in the 'Pending Material Transactions'. Form.

This case is for TWO Transfers only and not for other Transfers. Other Transfers between same Organizations are processed and updated normally.
