R12.1.3 OM Sales Agreement, Sales Order Shipments integrated to Service contracts? Is there standar

We have an OM Sales Agreement created and approved, where we have agreed with the customer to specific consumable items, pricing, etc.  Through out the year we will ship product to the customer on sales orders referencing the Sales Agreement, so the customer gets the agreed-to special pricing and we can track the quantities ordered and shipped to make sure the customer meets their ordering obligations (i.e. customer agrees to order X qty a year to get special pricing on the consumables and equipment rentals).
We also have a Service Agreement in OKS, that covers rental equipment (using OKS to generate the periodic invoices over the rental term)  the customer is getting cheap based on the Sales Agreement in OM (i.e: we are renting you the equipment cheap because you are buying a huge amount of consumables, however if you do not buy the huge amount of consumables we are going to jack up the price of the rental).

Howdy, Stranger!
