Disable menu Tools - Demand Processor option from Release Management Workbench screen

Hi,Within Release Management Workbench screen there is a menu Tools option "Submit Demand Processor".
How can i disable this option using "Custom Personalizations" within Oracle EBS.

Please someone could help me.
