Oracle Quote AME

Hi all ,

I am facing an issue while using AMR for quote approval. The issue is I had defined a rule when I am trying to initiate approval from self service pages Its throwing an error " The operation is not valid for this status"  Any setup is required to initiate to use AME for oracle quote. We are using 12.1.3.
