Patch : Oracle General Ledger - Upgraded the ATG RUP from 3 to 7

Hi All,
Customer  have upgraded from ATG RUP 3 to RUP 7 and found that we are having below invalid packages
due to error Spec  PLS-00302: component 'STEP_TABLE' must be declared
AS_TUMS
CN_TUMS
CSD_TUMS
OKC_TUMS

Observed the following errors
==========================
PLS-00302:component 'STEP_TABLE' must be declared
PL/SQL:Declaration Ignored
PLS-00905:object APPS.AS_TUMS is invalid
PLS-00304:cannot compile body of 'AS_TUMS' without its specification
PL/SQL:Compilation unit analysis terminated.
