Error is coming while inserting Items Unit Selling Price on Sales Order/Release of a Agreement.

Dear All,
After creating the release of a Sales Agreement, Item unit selling price is not coming as default and when we enter the price error comes. Can you help me out in this issue?

Error is ===>  APP-ONT-250274:no manual discounts available.
