receving Bad public user name; cannot load OCI.dll:L oci.dll for client P6R8.3

Installed P6R8.3 client on citrix server  that has 64-bit OS (Microsoft 2008 SP2) Used the setup.exe Professional install.  The oracle client is 64-bit.  When trying to setup the connection I am receiving error "Bad public user name; cannot load OCI.dll:L oci.dll."

Do I have to install 32-bit Oracle client?

Or is there a Professional client P6r8.3 with SP1, that is a 64-bit client that I should install?
