negotiation not visible after result set to Blanket Purchase Agreement

Hi,

When creating and awarding a negotiation (from BWC, unassigned requisitions) witch should result in Blanket Purchase Agreement we noticed that the global agreement flag in PO_HEADERS_ALL is empty, while other BPA created from BWC have global_agreement_flag 'Y'.

Resulting in the agreement not being visible in Purchasing (HTML).

Anyone familiar with this issue and possible solution available?
