Inteface Inventory Movements

We have a 3rd Party warehouse system that performed inventory transfers from Main Warehouse to another warehouse. These warehouse  also exist in Oracle.  We'd like to transfer the inventory movements into  Oracle EBS automatically instead of entering it manually.  Have you guys done this before via interface? Or any existing API that we can use?. Please note that we are still in 11i.
