OT Change Rule not calculating correctly

For Change Rules, the OT rate is not calculating correctly.  The change rule is correctly changing the pay type and associated object account; however, the rate derivation is incorrect.  The pay type multiplier is set up correctly on the pay type (working for Change Accumulator rules); however, the rate is not changing on the F06116 for Saturday/Sunday time.  The Change rule appears to be set up correctly (it was working before we went current with all ESUs two weeks ago).  The rate being pulled through is the rate from the F060116.  Anyone seen this recently?  Any help is greatly appreciated.
