Reporting - EBS (MOSC)

Excel output is blank

Hi Everybody
Using a custom template with Report Manager the Excel  output is blank
only displays the template format but outputs in PDF & HTML shows
the information well.

I Had reviewed note 858505.1 and applied all settings for IE and patches
the instance is on version 12.1.3 and 11.2.0.3
