discrete manufacturing rejections

I'm trying to find out if there is "out of the box"  functionality for rejects in discrete manufacturing. By reject I mean a lot of an item that gets rejected for any number of reasons(out of tolerance, break, crack etc etc) during the manufacturing processes. 
Really I'm looking for a place to store a history of rejects. It can happen one to many times.
