Sudden increase in run time for "AUD: Supplier Costs Interface Audit" process

We run the "PRC: Interface Supplier Costs" process which spawns the  "AUD: Supplier Costs Interface Audit" report.  For the last year, AUD: Supplier Costs Interface Audit has been running from 2 to 5 seconds.  We run it every Sunday and Monday nights so we have an extensive history of the twice-weekly run times.  On Sunday, 6/23/2013, AUD: Supplier Costs Interface Audit ran for 13 minutes and 35 seconds.  On Sunday, 6/30/2013, it ran for 24 minutes and 43 seconds.  There has been no increase in the amount of data records.
