High CPU in prod environment

 Hello all, we have installed siebel on linux environment in production environment. We are seeing that the CPU usage for few of the customer facing components are very high. How can I trouble shoot the issue. Thanks in advance
Statement of the problem:
1. We know what is the siebel component that is taking the CPU
2. There are a lot of user sessions for that component.
3. Unable to determine which user action caused the CPU spike
4. Once it goes high, it will remain high until the component is restarted.
5. Nothing unusual from the logs

Any directions on how to troubleshoot the issue is much appreciated.
