Custom Character Setups

This is a question concerning proper setup of custom character sets.

I setup this custom character set in Agile. Our QAD ERP system can not have quotes or carriage returns in part descriptions and we are using all Caps.

1234567890-=!@#$%&*()+QWERTYUIOP{}|[]\ASDFGHJKL:;'ZXCVBNM<>?,./^^^s

Is this correct format for specifying the allowed characters. Or should I use some kind of delimeter between the characters like a comma or semicolon or space.
