Is HZ_LOC_ASSIGNMENTS obsolete in R12.1.3

Upgrading from EBS 11.5.10 and R12.1.3. Trying to figure out an efficient way to construct the equivalent query of RA_ADDRESSES_ALL and RA_ADDRESSES_MORG (both obsolete) in custom code. Both views references HZ_LOC_ASSIGNMENTS in 11i (along with HZ_PARTY_SITES, HZ_LOCATIONS and HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES_ALL)
I would like to know if HZ_LOC_ASSIGNMENTS has become obsolete in R12.1.3 or not, and if it is safe to drop its reference in the equivalent query in R12.

I have studied various documents at Metalink and elsewhere which seems to indicate that this table has become obsolete.
