VCPU - When will I be running out of them?

I am trying to determine how much capacity I have, but I cannot find to commands to assist me...

I found the following about my T6320:

On UltraSPARC T2 and T2 Plus systems, the maximum is 8 cores with 8 threads each, for a total of 64 vCPUs per chip

So, if I only have 4 CPU / Chips? How many VCPU do I actually have, it is not at all clear to me... Obviously I am making the further assumption that I will be able to apply this, once I have it, to T6340 /T3-1b and T4-1b?
