How many Ledger

Hi Gurus,

      Need clarification on approach on number  of ledgers

Requirement

Client has 3 companies

Company 1  has  1 LE and 1 OU

Company 2 has   1 LE and 3 OU with different balancing segment of each OU

Company 3  has 4 LE and 4 OU , One for 1 LE for group and 3 child LE , with each having its own balancing segment

All three company follow same Calendar , Chart of account, Currency , aCcounting conversion(4c's)

Subledger Accounting Method - Accrual with Encumbrance Accounting

Budgetary Control -   Enabled

How many ledger to i need to create for this ?

If one Ledger is fine for all companies since all 4c's are same , how do i handle accounts like Reserve for Encumbrance Account and
