CSXSRISR Manually entered charges do not calculate price breaks correctly

 We have a problem with forms behaviour on the charges region of the SR form. If charges are created based on debrief, they pick up the correct price based on price breaks. If entered manually (as actual) they only pick up the first price break, regardless of qty. Price list is defaulting from the contract and both are active. This is on R12.1.3, and worked back in Feb, at the base release but now doesn't work and various patches have been applied across the suite, but have not noticed any other abnormal behaviour.
