Clarifications on Product Migration

Hi All,
In this post I would like to have few clarifications regarding Product Migration.

For testing purposes, we need to migrate products from Production environment to ST environment. This would enable testing with real time products.

What are the possible ways to migrate products?? Which is recommended approach??

Taking a dump of all the Products related tables from production environment to ST environment would be an apt approach???
